The International assistance headquarters for Ukrainians (IAHU) warns volunteers and organizations that are now helping to deliver humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
Unfortunately, there are cases of fraud, in which fraudulent drivers who commit to delivering humanitarian aid to their destination but disappear halfway through, and the aid, collected and sent from abroad goes missing.
Therefore we recommend you to:
- Clearly develop a scheme for ordering the humanitarian aid.
- Have a professional lawyer who will properly draw up documents, including work with carriers, both official and private.
- We recommend doing logistics only with proven partners.
In case of fraud, record the crime or abuse under the laws of war and report it the police.
